I've read in the comment that this city is the capitol of the "Terre Vertes" and I think Viridis shoul soud perfect for it!
Viridis reminds to the green color and the growing vegetation that decorate it.
But it also it sound elegant and fine like as a city of artist should be^_^

I see also Alghard is on the top but... I found it's too similar to Asgard from the northen mitology. I'm not sure it will work well for this king of city even if the name itself soud great. Instead of Alghard I will prefer Azeris, is more original. But this is only my opinion XD
